Privacy

Last updated: May 19, 2026

Wabi is built to respect your privacy in the simplest possible way: by not collecting anything from you. This document describes exactly what that means.

What Wabi stores

Wabi stores the following on your device only:

All of this data lives in a local database on your iPhone, inside the Wabi app's sandboxed storage. It is included in your iCloud device backups if you have those enabled, but Wabi itself does not sync to iCloud or any other server.

What Wabi does not collect

Wabi does not collect or transmit:

Wabi has no user accounts. You do not sign in to use it. There is no server we operate that knows anything about you.

Third parties

Wabi does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect data.

The only third party involved in any way is Apple, in their role as the App Store and operating system provider. Apple may collect aggregate information about app installations and crashes through the standard iOS mechanisms, governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Your control over your data

Because all your Wabi data is on your device, you have direct control over it:

Children

Wabi does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. There are no accounts to create and no information to provide.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material about how Wabi handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. Because Wabi's privacy stance is the absence of data collection, material changes are unlikely.
